Prof. Dr. Hendrik Sager (German Heart Centre Munich) will receive 300,000 euros from the Else Kröner Fresenius Stiftung for the project "Alteration of the monocyte repertoire after myocardial infarction - novel mechanistic insights and therapeutic avenues".
